Oops! We missed a class. Can we make it up?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee make up classes if you miss your scheduled class time. If there is space in an alternate class, we will do our best to schedule a makeup class for your little one. Please contact a staff member to discuss further. Please note, we do not offer refunds for missed classes and make up classes do not carry over into the next session.

Uh oh. A session has already started, is it too late to sign up?
Not at all! We would love for you to still join us. If a session has already started, we will prorate the price based on the number of classes that remain in the session.

Do I need to sign a waiver if attending a birthday party?
Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver. You can complete the waiver online here.

When do you close?
Little Buttercups follows the Westwood Public School’s calendar for closings/holidays and all school vacations. In the unlikely event that class is cancelled due to weather, teacher illness or an unexpected emergency, a make up class will be offered. Refunds are not available for these situations.

Is my registration fee refundable if I’m not able to attend a session I registered for?
We completely understand that things come up at the last minute. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session we are happy to offer you a credit to use within a one year time period towards a future session with us.

Can my Little Buttercup's sibling join the class also?
This is a very popular question! Our program is for little ones between the ages of 8-36 months. Infants are always welcome and cherished at Little Buttercups. Once your child is 8 months or older and able to participate in class activities, we encourage you to attend our Baby class. Please contact us if you have any further questions. If there is space in class for your little one’s sibling to attend, the drop in cost is $20. Please check with a staff member for availability prior to your scheduled class.

Hmm...I have 2 kiddos that I would like to enroll. Does Little Buttercups offer a sibling discount?
Yes, we do!! Little Buttercups offers a 10% discount for the second child enrolled. Please give us a ring or send an email with any further questions.

Does Little Buttercups have a sick policy?
Yes! To prevent the spread of illness and help keep our little ones happy & healthy, we ask you to refrain from coming to class if your child is showing signs of a communicable illness. This includes a heavy runny nose, persistent cough, fever, diarrhea, etc. Please wait 48 hours after symptoms dissipate before returning to Little Buttercups. We are happy to offer you a makeup class if there is space available in another class. Please send us an email to check make up class availability.
